Our Heart-to-Heart Refund Policy

At Letters for Mama, we want our "Digital Porch" to be a place of peace, not stress. We understand that life as a mama is unpredictable, and we are here to support you.

1. Subscriptions

  • Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. To avoid being charged for the next month, please cancel at least [Number, e.g., 3 or 5] days before your next billing date.

  • Refunds: Because our letters are prepared and shipped with intentionality, we generally do not offer refunds once a month’s letter has been processed or shipped. However, if you cancel mid-cycle, you will still receive any letters you have already paid for.

2. Physical Products & Snail Mail

  • Damaged Goods: If your letter or stationery arrives damaged by the "postal magic" (or lack thereof), please let us know within 7 days. We will happily send a replacement at no cost to you.

  • Lost Mail: Snail mail is a slow journey. If your letter hasn't arrived after [Number, e.g., 14] business days, please reach out to us at [Your Email]. We’ll make sure you get your "getaway" moment one way or another.

3. Digital Products

  • Due to the nature of digital downloads, these items are non-refundable. If you have trouble accessing your file, please email us and we will help you get it sorted!

We are humans, and we know you are too. If there is a unique situation or a hardship, please reach out. We value your presence in our village more than a transaction, and we’ll always try to find a fair solution.
