1. Our Mission & Service

Letters for Mama provides physical and digital content designed to support a slower, more intentional motherhood. While we believe in the "magic of the mail," we are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or carrier errors. Our letters are intended for inspiration and connection, not as professional medical or psychological advice.

2. Your Subscription

• Enrollment: By subscribing to Letters for Mama, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method on a recurring basis.

• Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will renew automatically each [Month/Quarter] to ensure your letters arrive without interruption.

• Accuracy: You agree to provide current and accurate address information. We want to make sure our letters find their way to your actual mailbox, not a previous home!

3. Cancellations & Billing

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.

• To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel at least 5 days before your renewal date.

• All prices are in US dollars. We will always give you 30 days' notice if our pricing needs to change.

4. Intellectual Property (The Soul of the Letters)

Every word and illustration in Letters for Mama is created with deep love and care.

• Personal Use Only: These letters are for your personal heart and home. You may not resell, redistribute, or use our content for commercial purposes.

• Social Sharing: We love seeing your "analog moments" on social media! You are welcome to share photos of the envelopes and stationery, but we ask that you do not post the full text of the letters, keeping that magic exclusive to our subscribers.

5. Privacy & Communication

Your trust is sacred. We will never sell your data. By joining us, you agree to receive occasional "digital porch" emails with updates and encouragement. You can opt-out at any time.

6. Limitations of Liability

We pour our hearts into this, but we provide our services "as is." Letters for Mama is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
